• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles—including IT, non-IT (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering, Operations etc.), Executive, C-Level, and specialized technical positions.
• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates for various positions
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using multiple sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
• Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist qualified candidates
• Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and work experience
• Coordinate and schedule interview appointments between clients and candidates
• Negotiate salary and benefits to ensure mutual satisfaction for both clients and candidates
