Job Description :

1. Set up a work plan and control the work of all employees in every service center branch. 2. Plan work in every channel to fight the high competition in the market. Push and set the direction to create sales in accordance with the specified KPI. 3. Take care of the sales team (center manager and sales), divide the goals to set the direction and follow up on everyone's sales to reach the target.4. Set the percentage of debtors of the center to be within the specified criteria, including supervising the work of the finance company to control and monitor so that the total number of debtors is not too high.5. Maintain orderliness and overall work regulations for all positions by requiring each center to hold joint meetings 1-2 times per week.
