Job Description :
- Provide remote support by troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through solutions effectively.
- Deliver onsite support by assisting with hardware setup, installations, and resolving any immediate technical concerns.
- Conduct thorough checks on hardware to ensure optimal performance and identify any necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Verify and manage asset inventory to ensure all equipment is accounted for and properly maintained.
- Prepare for the opening of new stores by coordinating logistics, setting up necessary technology, and ensuring readiness.
- Collaborate with vendors to facilitate timely delivery of products and services, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Work closely with the Japan team to align on project goals, share updates, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
