Job Description :
Maintain and care for computers and peripheral devices
Resolve user issues
Install network cables
Submit equipment warranty claims (when basic troubleshooting fails to resolve issues)
Requisition equipment for users
Set up computers and requisition equipment for new employees
Perform basic printer repairs
Install Windows on laptops and configure them before delivery to users
Manage documentation for access to the Network Operation Center
Check signals from devices and Network Switches
Communicate with the Network team (in case of signal loss)
Inspect areas before installing Rack cabinets
Analyze user problems (test equipment functionality)
