Job Description :

Space Planning: Analyzing the existing space and determining the best layout to maximize functionality and flow. Creating floor plans and 3D renderings to visualize the proposed design. Design Development: Selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with the client's style and budget. Choosing color palettes, materials, and finishes to create a cohesive and visually appealing environment. Designing custom furniture and millwork as needed. Project Management: Coordinating with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Overseeing the installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes. Addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process. Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients for approval. Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the project. Technical Skills: Have a good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards. Be proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools. Have knowledge of various materials, construction methods, and building systems.
