Job Description

- Operate daily work flown process of 15 members to control daily stock and follow problem about NG Reject and scrapped raw material. - Checking patrol of material safety, PPE safety and 5s every day. - Generate an improvement to member every day to meet the standard of FIFO process, area control suitably and always finds easy working process for team. - Cooperate with purchase and quality department to control incoming shipment and contact with shipping agent to set delivery plan. - Manage team to loading container of each place (Factory and outer warehouse) - Follow office member use IERP and MLS system to compare quantity with actual stock and input invoice, delivery note and also scrap document (MIP)., etc. - Recording to Excel file about problem of oversea container, LCL shipment and local purchase. - Summarize picking list from warehouse team in factory to set plan delivery truck. - Set the schedule and route for delivery truck that need to transfer raw material to factory and other partner company. - Confirm inventory stock and warehouse situations every month to report head of warehouse department. - Manage outer warehouses cost (utility, truck and warehouse).
