Job Description

  • 1. Sales and expense management:
  • * Build and manage sales: Drive sales of LPG and other products/services within the station to meet the company's targets, including strategic sales promotion.
  • * Cost management: Control and manage station expenses to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • 2. Personnel management:
  • Supervise employees: Supervise the work of front-line and other employees to ensure compliance with company rules, service standards, and policies.
  • Employee training and development: T Train, guide, and mentor new employees, including assessment and monitoring of training outcomes.
