Job Description :
User Support (Helpdesk Support): Serve as the primary contact for resolving fundamental technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Also, provide guidance on application usage to end-users.
Printer Management: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all printers, copiers, and related drivers, including troubleshooting printing and connectivity issues.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, license allocation, and basic email configuration within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare weekly reports and all necessary documentation related to IT system operations.
CCTV Maintenance: Capable of operating and performing maintenance on the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system.
