Job Description

  • II completed an internship in the Front Office postition, primarily serving as a Telephone Operator, where I handled guest inquiries and complaints, coordinated internal and external communications, and managed calls from VIP guests and hotel inspection delegates. I also gained experience as a Guest Service Agent and Reservation Agent, supporting check-in and check-out procedures and assisting guests from various nationalities. Through these roles, I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, cross-departmental coordination skills, and basic operational knowledge of the Opera (PMS) system.
