Job Description

  • Admin Organizing meeting schedules and appointments for the supervisor. Reviewing internal company documents. Coordinating with relevant departments regarding contract renewals and company-related documents. Handling other tasks as required within the company. Operation (Cruise) Responsible for preparing ship-related documents and coordinating with various government agencies such as Thai Customs, Immigration, the Port Authority, and other relevant authorities to facilitate the arrival of vessels in Thailand. Worked with ports in Phuket, Laem Chabang, Samui, and Koh Kood to ensure smooth operations. Managed the embarkation and disembarkation of crew members, often handling more than 50 individuals per event, and ensured all immigration procedures were followed for the crew to can work on board in Thailand. Coordinated on-board operations upon vessel arrival, working with immigration officials to inspect passengers and crew entering Thailand. Assisted with visa processing and other documentation for the crew, ensuring compliance with Thai regulations. Performed other tasks as assigned, ensuring seamless operational execution for the companys maritime services.
