Job Description

1. Oversee petty cash disbursements.
2. Verify and prepare complete and accurate supporting documents for expense claims.
3. Process payments to creditors.
4. Establish a payment system for suppliers via the banking system.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments, both internal and external to the company.
6. Review and verify documents for incoming and outgoing raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
7. Investigate and analyze missing inventory.
8. Conduct regular inventory checks and counts.
9. Perform other assigned duties.
