Job Description :
- Take care of customers trouble cases. - Create and Monitor events, campaigns & promotions. - Monitor and report promotion and events of Competitor Company. - Check the game's payment system. - Set up event for game tournament and road show in Thailand. - Check CCU (ConCurrent User) and Report CCU daily. - MC,Commentator and E-sport Tournament. - Test game patches, online events and report test results. - Make reports for the game's BUGS.
