Job Description :
- Recruitment and hiring of employees: planning manpower for both office and site departments, recruiting skilled labor, technicians, engineers, foremen, and conducting interviews and selection to match the needs of each project.
- Preparing employment contracts and labor documents: preparing labor contracts (daily/monthly) and subcontracting agreements, overseeing social security registration, and foreign labor documents.
- Managing salaries, benefits, and wage payments: calculating daily wages, overtime (OT), and site allowances, providing welfare such as lunch, accommodation, and transportation, and processing salaries for both office and site employees.
- Overseeing labor regulations and discipline: preparing employee regulations and controlling discipline for both office and site staff, handling labor issues such as absences, leave, tardiness, internal team conflicts, preparing warning records, issuing disciplinary penalties, and mediating disputes.
