Job Description :
1.Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and employment contract preparation.
2.Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
3.Add and update new hire information in Workday and internal HR systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
4.Prepare submit training reports to the Department of Skill Development (DSD).
5.Manage internship documentation and handle stipend disbursements.
6.Prepare official HR documents such as salary certificates upon employee request.
7.Manage HR admin and finance tasks, including creating vendors, processing PR/PO in SAP, submitting invoices, and coordinating with Finance for timely payments.
8.Monitor office supplies and coordinate office maintenance.
