Job Description :
Customer Service
-Welcome and provide consultation to customers on selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and suitable products.
-Assess customers needs such as prescription, facial features, and lifestyle to recommend appropriate frames and lenses.
-Provide information about store promotions and available services.
Eye Examination
-Perform both preliminary and detailed eye examinations using specialized program AXQ20.
-Analyze examination results to recommend lenses that best match the customers lifestyle.
Sales and Administrative Tasks
-Prepare quotations, receipts, and sales documents.
-Handle payment transactions and cashier duties.
-Record customer information and transactions into the system.
Product and Store Management
-Arrange and maintain displays of eyeglass frames, lenses, and other accessories in the store.
-Monitor inventory levels and request restocking when necessary.
-Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the service area.
After-Sales Service and Follow-up
-Contact customers when their glasses are ready for pickup and follow up on product usage.
-Provide complimentary adjustments such as temple fitting, nose pad replacement, and frame alignment.
-Handle customer complaints or feedback and coordinate appropriate solutions.
