Job Description :
HRM Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select employees through Jobbkk / Jobtopgun / Facebook, schedule and contact for interviews, then forward the candidates to the relevant department for consideration.
- Conduct orientation for new employees to explain agreements and benefits.
- Report employee entries and exits for social security.
- Report employee entries and exits for accident insurance and group insurance.
- Manage the disbursement of various benefits, such as uniforms and petty cash.
- Handle and manage personnel-related documents in the central office.
- Oversee and manage online platforms such as Facebook / TikTok / Line OA.
- Create content to increase the companys online visibility and recognition.
- Submit documents for foreign labor registration to the Ministry of the Interior in the respective province.
