Job Description :

Mechanical & Piping Work
- Prepare document and drawing such as Data sheet, Material Approval, PID, Plot Plan, General Arrangement, Isometric Drawing, Line List, Tie-In List and Equipment List
- Review design document from sub-contractor to ensure comply with requirement from TOR and standard.
- Prepare information to clear technical clarification.
- Quantity survey of mechanical, piping, HVAC and fire protection work
- Cost estimate and review proposal from vendor or technology provider and prepare technical evaluation.
Project Management Work
- Prepare, monitor, and report project schedule
- Coordinate with customer, supplier, and sub-contractors to comply the plan and clear query
- Prepare purchase request and follow up status of equipment to ensure equipment that can delivery on plan
- Prepare statement of work completion and payment milestone
Feasibility Work
- Feasibility study project with financial analysis (Payback period, NPV, IRR)
- Measure and analysis the efficiency of chiller and submit report to suggest chiller changing.
