• - Check-in passengers and tag the passenger baggage with security checking regarding airline policy and international aviation regulation.
• - Kindly provide services for passengers who need special assistance.
• - Deal with passengers if theres excess baggage and perform the payment process as needed.
• - Coordinate with various departments and sections, such as a flight controller, an inspector, or an immigration officer to ensure that all procedures are completed and correct.
