Job Description :
1.) Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users on computers, software, and network devices to ensure uninterrupted system operations.
2.) Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices within the organization.
3.) Manage user accounts and access rights via Active Directory and corporate systems, adhering to company IT policies.
4.) Operate Helpdesk / Service Desk, receiving and resolving issues and requests via tickets, email, or phone according to defined SLA.
5.) Analyze and resolve problems related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise software applications.
6.) Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity issues.
7.) Install, maintain, and update software and system patches to ensure security and system stability.
8.) Support IT infrastructure operations, coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
9.) Manage IT assets (IT Asset Management), including device registration and lifecycle tracking of hardware.
10.) Participate in IT projects and system deployments, such as computer installations, system upgrades, and office equipment preparation.
11.) Create and update technical documentation and troubleshooting guides to enhance support efficiency.
