Job Description :
1. Ensure the team is fully prepared to work at maximum efficiency and resolve on-site issues immediately.
2. Review and analyze orders, coordinating with logistics and relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
3. Manage inventory in the IWMS system, update out-of-stock items, and notify relevant teams for resolution.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, Line@, and case management system, coordinating with delivery, sales, and head office teams.
5. Monitor order status, manage payments, and handle essential documents (delivery notes, tax invoices).
