Job Description

Compensation and Benefits Administration responsible for managing the salary system, taxation,social security, and other related employee benefits. Coordinate with the Accounting and Financedepartments to ensure accurate and timely payments.Recruitment and Selection plan, implement, and manage the recruitment and selection process toensure suitable candidates are hired in accordance with organizational needs. Coordinate withinternal departments to define candidate qualifications.Training and Development participate in planning, designing, developing, and evaluating trainingprograms. Promote and enhance employee potential to align with the organization's goals.Employee Relations and Welfare foster and maintain positive relationships between employeesand the organization. Provide employee welfare in compliance with company policies and laborlaws.Other Duties as Assigned perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or as directed byorganizational policies.
