Job Description :
Conducted wastewater quality testing, including sludge volume index (SV30/SV60) measurements.
Prepared chemical reagents for laboratory analysis.
Analyzed Iron (Fe) content and measured key water quality parameters (pH, DO, TDS, TSS).
Operated analytical instruments to monitor organic matter in wastewater.
Identified sludge flotation issues in the activated sludge system; performed Jar Test using PAC to improve sedimentation.
Assisted in the operation and monitoring of Aeration Tank, UASB, and Clarifier Tank.
Researched the impact of expired Coca-Cola Zero on microbial activity in the activated sludge process.
Recorded daily observations and prepared summary reports for process performance.
