Job Description

  • Customer Service & Order Management
  • • Respond to customer inquiries and confirm orders via chat and various communication channels.
  • • Verify payment transactions and check the accuracy of customer transfer slips.
  • • Issue and review quotations, ensuring all details and pricing are accurate.
  • Inventory & Stock Control
  • • Perform quality control (QC) on incoming goods to ensure quantity and condition match purchase orders.
  • • Manage and control inventory, including recording stock-in/stock-out and conducting regular stock counts.
  • • Prepare and organize franchise sets for delivery to customers.
  • • Manage product requisitions and handle the packaging and shipping process.
