Job Description :
Working with the CS team of a tempered glass manufacturer, as an intern, I analyzed and proposed improvements to the delivery schedule update system to reduce data discrepancies. This solution reduced lead times by 98.49%. Previous orders required a call from the sales department. After the ERP system was updated, order data was received 66 times faster, enabling the customer relations department to work more quickly and coordinate more effectively. I also participated in customer service and internal functions, including:
▸ Coordinated with the shipping, sales, and other departments within the factory.
▸ Confirmed delivery information with customers and the production planning department.
▸ Checked product availability.
▸ Planned transportation and routes.
▸ Prepared important documents (DOs, invoices, bills, etc.).
▸ Collaborated with the MIS (IT) department to suggest improvements to the ERP system.
