Job Description

  • 1. Managed recruitment and selection processes in accordance with each departments requirements.
  • 2. Conducted candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring in compliance with company regulations and ISO 9001 quality management standards.
  • 3. Screened applications and coordinated interview schedules with candidates.
  • 4. Prepared employment contracts, maintained employee records, and issued employee time cards.
  • 5. Procured office supplies and prepared expense reports for office supply usage (categorized by department and employee).
  • 6. Maintained employee database categorized by department, position level, education, length of service, and age group.
  • 7. Prepared employee evaluation forms for probation and annual performance reviews and distributed them to relevant departments.
  • 8. Organized and maintained employee documentation systematically.
  • 9. Coordinated between candidates and department managers.
  • 10. Performed duties as a Document Control Officer (DCO).
  • 11. Edited and updated documents within the ISO 9001 system.
  • 12. Controlled document filing and distribution within the ISO system.
