Job Description :
- Take care of assigned customers.
- Get a job from a broker, order insurance policies, collect documents, make Care Cards for customers to carry with them, until sending documents to customers.
- Communicate within the company to confirm the acceptance of insurance for the broker.
- Take care and confirm with the broker's tour group via Line every day.
- Collect the list of tour members' names, make a summary, and confirm the summary of work notifications for tour customers every day.
- Follow up on outstanding premiums paid by brokers and tour customers.
- Summarize the monthly payment bills for the brokers
- Design Care Cards in the project for customers to carry with them and create brochures for us and our agents to sale it.
- Prepare other documents.
