Job Description :
- IT Helpdesk & Support: Provided technical support to end-users within the organization, resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues. Responsible for general user support and troubleshooting.
- CCTV Systems: Installed and configured CCTV systems to connect with internal LAN networks and mobile applications. Performed basic diagnostics and coordinated with brand technical support teams such as Hikvision when necessary.
- IoT Devices & Smart Home: Diagnosed, repaired, and configured various IoT and Smart Home devices to ensure seamless connectivity and control via mobile applications or network systems.
- Drone - DJI: Participated in events and product demonstrations for various DJI drone models. Delivered basic technical information and usage guidance to customers, supported sales efforts, and responded to technical inquiries.
