Job Description

  • -Estimate lead times and cost for CAD/CAM process
  • -Control lead times and cost for CAD/CAM process
  • -Design data workpiece for CNC process with catia v.5 surface design
  • -Design command CNC, tooling, finishing,generate tool path and NC file for CNC 4 axis with SIEMENSNX12 or SIEMENS NX231
  • -Design jig for seting appearance of automotive element
  • -Setting CNC machine and tooling
  • -Do check workpiece after CNC process
  • -CNC Machine is FANUC ROBODRILL 4 axis for working
