Job Description :

Improve the production process by implementing a Quality Control Plan to manage the production process to ensure production meets factory standards and products fulfill customer requirements. This involves gathering data, defining production parameters, and collaborating with other departments.The primary goals are to reduce machine setup time, minimize waste and unnecessary inefficiencies commonly found during new machine adjustments, and consistently produce goods that meet customer requirements, also utilize statistical analysis to compare quality data before and after the implementation of the QCP. Prepare comprehensive documents that summarize all the data for company reference and future improvements.
