Job Description :
Responsible for analyzing and designing systems based on customer requirements, gathering and preparing data for requirement analysis, and documenting Functional and Non-Functional Requirements as well as Detailed Design Specifications (DDS) with accuracy and clarity. Effectively communicate and coordinate with customers, developer teams, and executives to ensure shared understanding, while creating diagrams using Draw.io, conducting system testing, preparing Test Cases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate deliverables. Propose suitable technologies for product or application development, monitor and improve solutions according to changes or customer feedback, and work effectively with both Waterfall and Scrum (Agile) methodologies.
