Job Description :
1. Policy Implementation and Quality Management
-Effectively implemented organizational policies in alignment with established standards
-Monitored and prepared quality performance reports (KPIs), including medical device safety and recall, patient identification (IPSG standard), medication and supply management, infection prevention, and incident reporting (adverse events, complaints, near misses)
2. Operational Supervision
-Oversaw daily operations of dental service and front office departments across both main and affiliated companies
-Ensured services were delivered in accordance with professional standards and JCI accreditation requirements
-Analyzed, improved, and resolved operational issues to optimize workflow
3. Procurement, Inventory & Financial Document Control

-Evaluated staff performance monthly, quarterly, and annually based on KPIs
5. Legal Compliance & External Coordination
-Coordinated with government agencies such as the Ministry of Public Health, FDA, Department of Medical Sciences, Department of Intellectual Property, and PMCU
-Ensured proper storage of regulated medications and controlled substances in compliance with legal standards
-Promoted positive corporate image and maintained strict adherence to JCI standards
6. Risk Management & Reporting
-Compiled and submitted quarterly reports on quality and patient safety to executive management
-Reported internal incidents and issues directly to supervisors for prompt resolution
