Job Description :
1. Response quality claim center (External & Internal).
- Making claim report .
- Issuing claim report to maker.
2. Coordinate with all the supplier regarding claim, loss cost, part return and all the quality problem.
3. Coordinate with internal departments that have a role to play in production and sales.
4. Follow up claim reply about the root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
5. Prepare weekly, monthly and others report to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
6. Support the daily reports if any flaws were found in the product.
7. Keep records of quality reports & relevant documentation.
8. Receive complaints and non-conformance issues.
9. Register and maintain the limit sample parts.
10. Input QA & IQC data in the system (SAP).
11. Record the minutes of quality meeting.
12. Prepare the newsletter for quality month.
13. Support general affair in section.
14. Others assignment from manager.
