• Offset Ink, Packaging (Paper, Plastic, and Film)
• Knowledge of basic color theory and evaluat color shade of offset inks and color matching
• Knowledge of componant and properties (Color Value, Tack Value (TV), Diameter (DM)) of Coventional and UV offset inks.
• Compare the properties and Improve the properties of ink.
• Test new products (properties)
• Knowledge of Offset ink testing methods and testing equipment available.
• Color printing tools such as R.l. Tester and IGT tester.
• Test methods Setting time, Drying time, Rub resistance test, Lightfastness test, Emulsification test, Curing test
• Knowledge of offset printing condition (Production process)
• Customer service skills, Trouble shooting and discussion problem solving of conventional and UV offset inks.
• Create test method and a summary analyze the test result report and discussion/ problem solving with supervisor for customer.

Job Description

• Gravure Printing Ink, Packaging Labels
• Color matching: Color matching and recolor matching color shades according to customer such as color samples based on color pantone, printed sample and artwork.
• Calculate the formula and check the information used to formulate the production process.
• Color printing tools such as Bar coaster, Gravo proof and RK tester for make color shade.
• Basic skill to use X-rite (specto) for check color value of color shade.
• Customer service skills in printing production line.
• Make a report color shade (new colors items) for customers.
