Job Description

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests of the Forestias
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues
  • Ensure a pleasant, memorable visit for all guests of the Forest Pavilion
  • Offer assistance with certain tasks
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to manager when needed
