Job Description

1. Process Control
Supervised and maintained the semiconductor wafer production process across various stages, including:
Photolithography (circuit pattern printing)
Etching (pattern transfer through material removal)
Deposition (material coating/layering)
Ion Implantation (doping with ions)
CMP Chemical Mechanical Polishing
Monitored and adjusted equipment parameters to ensure stable process conditions and maintain product quality.
2. Process Troubleshooting & Improvement
Conducted root cause analysis on wafer defects and process deviations.
Utilized analytical tools such as SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope), and FIB (Focused Ion Beam) for in-depth analysis.
