Role Summary: Assists the Building Manager in the overall management of Magnolias
Waterfront Residences, a luxury high-rise condominium covering 37,783.86 square meters.
Key Achievements:
• Team Leadership & Development: Assists in leading a team of concierge, administrative staff, building
officers, technicians, security guards, and gardeners. Contributes to the recruitment, training, and
performance evaluation of team members.
• Stakeholder Relations: Serves as a key coordinator between co-owners, tenants, and the building
committees
