Section: Departmental Cost-Saving
- Record the quantity and price of items related to the departments production process in a monthly report format (JanuaryJune 2024).
- Prepare presentation documents for meetings with supervisors and relevant personnel.

Contributed to the department's cost-saving efforts
(supported data recording and analysis)

Section: Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Communicate with the sales department and customers to gather necessary information.
- Verify customer data (specifications, drawings, Gerber files) to ensure completeness before import.
- Import Gerber files and standardize their format using the GENESIS software to support the design process.

Section: Design Engineer
- Review customer specifications for the design process.
- Communicate with customers to support design and production (via Microsoft Outlook, Foxmail, and Dingtalk for Chinese communication).
- Use GENESIS software to check Gerber files, take measurements, and compare for accuracy before design.
