Job Description

  • -Perform daily and monthly stock counts of inventory and finished goods to ensure accuracy, alignment with the system, and to minimize discrepancies.
  • -Record, close lots, and update product information in the Express program accurately and on time to support warehouse management operations.
  • -Arrange and maintain storage areas to be ready for use, clean, safe, and in compliance with storage standards.
  • -Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, and other related departments to ensure smooth product issuing and receiving.
  • -Verify product issuance and receipt documents, such as requisition forms and invoices, for accuracy and completeness before processing.

Job Description

  • -Answer incoming phone calls and customer emails, and manage all company communication channels (telephone, Line OA, Facebook) to maintain a professional image and provide timely responses.
  • -Handle chats and customer inquiries by providing product and service information, as well as resolving basic issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • -Prepare and issue business documents such as sales invoices, receipts, and billing statements.
  • -Coordinate with warehouse, sales, logistics departments, and external partners to ensure smooth product deliveries and project execution.
  • -Monitor and manage inventory stock levels to maintain accuracy and availability.
  • -Support administrative tasks such as file management, preparing sales reports, and creating documents for the accounting department.
  • -Track order status, product deliveries, and payments to ensure all processes are completed accurately.
  • -Participate in internal meetings, present relevant information, and contribute suggestions for process improvements.
