Job Description

  • -Recording accounts payable and various expenses in the system
  • -Receiving invoices from suppliers
  • -Verifying the accuracy of all billing documents
  • -Storing and organizing documents by category, and filing them correctly and neatly
  • -Preparing reconciliation reports and following up on original tax invoices not yet received from suppliers to be used for submitting the P.P. 30
  • -Issue withholding tax certificates (forms 3 and 53) to suppliers.
