Job Description

  • (Dep. Customer Fund Management / Finance Operation Lending)
  • Financial operations and standardization of process and set proper control mechanism among financial and other related parties (internal control)
  • Manage Team to make sure correct daily reconciliation daily settlement transaction and report of Disbursement and Remittance
  • Lead process, productivity and efficiency improvement and reduce manual work and reconciliation by find out proper system to help automation and reduce error
  • Implement product knowledge, policy, process workflow and monitor team efficiently and effectively in order to deliver professional and quality service.
  • Set up Control and monitor Department expenses and ensure that it is within approval budget.
  • Cooperate with Product Owner, IT and Outsource to investigate document quality such as
  • Client Letter, Right transfer, Receipt, etc.
  • Educate and share the best practice in term of financial processes.
