Job Description

  • • Monitored water quality before production (pH of filtered/calcium water, hot water temperature for konjac setting)
  • • Inspected raw materials (temperature, freshness, appearance, individual & total weight)
  • • Measured Brix of grass jelly and bird’s nest products; salt content of fish cake products
  • • Tested packaging durability (e.g., compression test of fish cake bags, 70–100 kg)
  • • Measured vacuum levels of bird’s nest products after filling
  • • Checked cap tightness
  • • Monitored retort sterilization programs and charts, recorded data, and reported abnormalities
