Job Description :
1.Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with KOLs / Influencers / Key Opinion Leaders across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
2.Negotiate campaign terms, deliverables, and rates with KOLs/Influencers
3.Plan and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns in alignment with the companys marketing strategy
4.Manage content creation in collaboration with KOLs/Influencers, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
5.Track, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance (Reach, Engagement, Conversion, ROI)
6.Prepare performance reports and provide insights for campaign optimization
7.Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Events, PR) to maximize campaign effectiveness
8.Support other marketing activities such as events, campaigns, and promotions
