Job Description

  • 2013 – Present: Quality System Department
  • Responsibilities:
  • 1. Preparing and renewing certifications: ISO 9001:2015, GHPs & HACCP, FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal
  • o Facilitating external audits and inspections by provincial public health authorities
  • o Preparing, reviewing, and controlling quality manuals and SOPs
  • o Planning and coordinating internal & external audits
  • o Managing controlled documents, approvals for disposal of obsolete records, and document access permissions
  • o Tracking and reporting CARs (Corrective Action Reports), maintaining CAR Logs, and KPI summaries
  • o Supporting document registration and revision requests (DAR) across departments
  • 2. Preparing performance reports of ISO 9001:2015, GHPs & HACCP, Halal, Kosher, and FSSC 22000 for management review and continuous improvement.
  • 3. Budget planning and control for the Quality System Department.
  • 4. Handling customer communication in cooperation with Sales/Marketing:
  • o Supporting customer questionnaires and inquiries
  • o Providing regulatory knowledge to other departments
  • 5. Following up on customer complaints regarding product quality and corrective actions.
  • 6. Researching new quality management practices for continuous improvement.
  • 7. Member of the Energy Management Audit Team: preparing monitoring and evaluation data.
  • 8. Member of the Internal Audit Team.
  • Government & Regulatory Compliance Responsibilities
  • • Preparing and renewing various licenses:
  • o Factory Operation License (Ror.Ngor.4)
  • o Food Production License (FDA)
  • o Fuel Station License (Type C, Class 2)
  • o Electrical system and boiler safety certifications
  • o Oil Storage License (Type 3)
  • o Employee ID Cards for fuel station staff
  • o Machinery registration & cancellation
  • o Power Generation License, Environmental Monitoring Report (COP), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) permits
  • o Frequency expansion requests in coordination with Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA)
