Job Description

  • 1. Receive purchase requests from various departments and request quotations from at least three suppliers for selection.
  • 2. Prepare and print Purchase Requests for all department.
  • 3. Prepare and print Purchase Orders, submit for approval signatures, and send the Purchase Orders to vendors.
  • 4. Inspect and verify delivered goods to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • 5. Prepare receiving documents for the goods.
  • 6. At the end of each month, prepare receiving and cost reports for submission to the manager.
  • 7. Manage the store by ordering incoming items and issuing outgoing items.
  • 8.Key Stock movement and report of month.
  • 9.Document ISO for Purchase Dept.
