Job Description

  • - Recruit suitable personnel for various positions within the restaurant group, with a focus on specialized roles such as Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and Service Staff.
  • - Develop recruitment strategies using online channels like Jobthai, Jobbkk, Facebook, and exploring new avenues to source candidates.
  • - Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs for each position.
  • - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings on various platforms such as job websites, social media, and other networks to reach target audiences.
  • - Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications before forwarding them to the relevant department managers. Perform background and qualification checks as needed, such as verifying work history.
  • - Handle all recruitment-related documents and manage the hiring process from application to handling employment-related paperwork, including contracts and employee records.

Job Description

  • .Responsibilities
  • Welfare and Labor Relations:
  • Uniform requisition
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations, such as the Social Security Office
  • Manage employee welfare claims, such as maternity, wedding, funeral allowances, etc.
  • Compile monthly statistics on absenteeism, lateness, and overtime
  • Announce and disseminate information to employees
  • Supervise housekeeping staff, executive drivers, both outsourced and permanent staff
  • Organize activity venues, meetings, and factory tours
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Human Resources Information System (HRIS):
  • Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of employee files
  • Gather, update, and verify documents for absenteeism, lateness, and time attendance (Time Attendance)
  • Review employee overtime (Over Time) in the Business Plus program
  • Control, oversee, and guide employees on using the E-Leave system in Business Plus for leave requests and overtime claims
  • Payroll:
  • Summarize overtime, absenteeism, lateness through the B-plus program
  • Check employee clock-in/out times and issue warning notices
  • Summarize monthly working hours per department and send them to the supervisor
  • Summarize monthly overtime and diligent leave by department and send them to the supervisor
  • Recruitment:
  • Review manpower requisition forms and job descriptions
  • Announce job openings via Facebook, JobThai, and post on bulletin boards at the factory and industrial park
  • Screen job applicants' resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews
  • Schedule interviews, prepare interview schedules, and inform relevant departments
  • Prepare interview rooms and necessary documents, such as interview evaluation forms
  • Summarize interview results and select candidates for hire
  • Communicate interview results, salary, benefits, etc.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and transfer employees to relevant departments
  • Purchasing:
  • Create purchase requisitions (PR) for cleaning supplies and office supplies that are shared across the organization, etc.
  • Receive and check items from vendors according to PR
