Job Description

-Welcome customers to the restaurant, take their names and party size, and arrange appropriate seating.
-Explain menu items to customers (e.g., recommended dishes, promotions, or add-on options).
-Take orders accurately and forward them to the kitchen; coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure fast and correct delivery of food.
-Serve food and beverages to customers double-check each order and quantity before serving.
-Check and maintain table conditions clear used dishes and utensils, refill water, ice, or condiments as needed.
-Keep the dining area clean and tidy at all times wipe tables, sweep the floor, and maintain overall hygiene.
-Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and report to the supervisor or manager when necessary.
Support other departments during busy hours, such as helping in the kitchen, washing dishes, or preparing ingredients.
