Job Description

  • - View Sale Order from the sales dept. to check the items in the order.
  • - Open a purchase order (PO) in the Oracle (NetSuite) system and wait for supervisors and executives to approve it.
  • - Have the supervisor sign the purchase order. To confirm with Vendor.
  • - Once approved, scan the purchase order and send it to the vendor and schedule a delivery date.
  • - Check the product Sign the tax invoice, Make a product receipt for the store department to receive products into the warehouse.
  • - Key in Sale Order data into Excel everyday to remind you that orders have been made.

  • - Create Purchase Order (PO) and track the order status: Place an order from China and maintain communication via E-mail and WeChat.
