Job Description

  • Conducted plant tissue culture of aquatic plant Cryptocoryne albida, Prepared plant tissue culture media (Murashige and Skoog medium), Maintained aquatic plants in greenhouse conditions (e.g., watering, fertilizing), Extracted DNA from aquatic plants for PCR, Performed Agarose gel electrophoresis for DNA analysis. Under the project "Development of Cryptocoryne albida varieties to obtain novel cultivars through irradiation and protoplast techniques."
