Job Description

  • Attend meetings with other government agencies as a lead or supporting agency to provide verbal comments or prepare relevant information on personal data protection for those agencies.
  • Provide written opinions or recommendations on draft trade provisions, treaties, or participation in cooperation frameworks related to personal data protection.
  • Study and prepare legal information and recommendations related to participation in international cooperation frameworks on personal data protection for consideration in meetings of the Subcommittee on International Cooperation on Personal Data Protection and the Personal Data Protection Committee
  • Carry out agreements and implement cooperation with foreign organizations or agencies on matters within the Offices mandate and coordinate and communicate with personal data protection authorities under international personal data protection cooperation frameworks that Thailand has joined or is preparing to join.
  • Prepare summary reports and monitor the progress of international cooperation activities on personal data protection.

Job Description

  • Provide legal consultation, recommendations, and responses to inquiries regarding laws and regulations related to personal data protection.
  • Receive complaints related to personal data protection.
  • Review and consider complaints
  • Mediate disputes related to personal data protection.
  • Follow up on complaint handling processes and inform the complainant.
  • Facilitate services and assist visitors at the consultation and complaint center.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys of service users and prepare reports and recommendations for service improvement.
