- Loan processing managing loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and repayments.
- Guarantor management tracking and validating guarantors to ensure loan security according to cooperative policies.
- Interest calculation automated calculation of loan interest based on loan types, terms, outstanding balance, and payment history. The system supports various interest rate structures and dynamically adjusts based on the repayment schedule.
- Deposit interest calculation calculating interest earned on member deposits according to cooperative rules and generating statements periodically.
- Penalty calculation computing late payment fees and penalties dynamically based on repayment delays, overdue amounts, and member behavior patterns.
- Reporting generating statements, loan summaries, deposit summaries, and penalty reports for both members and administrators
